In 1989, with a sense of urgency in her spirit, LaVerne Farmer began the ministry of Motherhood Evangelisms. As a wife and a mother of four young children, her ministry gifts over the next ten years lent her to volunteer opportunities at church as a Sunday school teacher, Vacation Bible School and children’s ministry director.
An activist in school and community, in 1992/93 Minister Farmer was elected president of the neighborhood Homeowners and Parent Teacher Associations.
MAKING AN IMPACT...
In 1994, Motherhood Evangelisms partnered in a joint venture to establish the Detroit Area Home School Association and was responsible for organizing and establishing programs and activities for Detroit Area Home School students.
During the mid 90’s, the ministry became more refined in its purpose and began to gather and disseminate family-oriented information and materials consisting of available programs and ministry resources that aided in the physical, educational and spiritual development of children, teens and women.
After a decade of in-depth spiritual, educational and technological service and training, Motherhood Evangelisms Media Ministry has been launched and released to publish the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world through Books, newsletters, seminars, Internet, digital audio and video communications.
Motherhood Evangelisms is dedicated to serving the needs of God’s people, both in their local community and worldwide, by providing informative newsletter articles, impactful seminars, workshops, and engaging speaking opportunities.
Our goal is to use the Scriptures to inspire believers of all ages, professions, and family situations to embrace their citizenship in the Kingdom of God.
We are dedicated to fostering personal growth and motivation in individuals by sharing the powerful teachings of Jesus Christ, allowing people from all walks of life to experience righteousness, peace, and joy through the Holy Ghost, regardless of their age, job, marital status, or previous experiences.
We are dedicated to empowering and uplifting God’s people, supporting them in living their lives to the fullest through faith.
